With blazing speed and a powerful shot, Dvorak ranks as one of the NHL's most dangerous wingers when he has the puck.  The Florida Panthers drafted Dvorak out of the Czech League with the 10th overall pick in the 1995 NHL Entry Draft.  He became a regular in the Panthers' lineup immediately, collecting 13 goals and 14 assists in 77 games in 1995-96.  In 1999, the Panthers dealt Dvorak to the Rangers in a three-way deal that brought Mike Vernon to Florida and sent Todd Harvey to the San Jose Sharks.  The speedy winger electrified the Rangers' crowd in the 2000-01 season, posting 67 points while playing in all 82 contests.

Scouting Report (from TSN):
Assets: Is extremely fast on skates and has terrific penalty-killing skills.  Is great at setting up his linemates.
Flaws: Is not an elite goal-scorer.  Tends to go into prolonged scoring droughts.  Needs to overcome his knee problems in order to maintain his skating edge.
Career potential: Dvorak must bounce back from major knee surgery.  Hopefully, it won't affect his speed and penalty-killing ability.  Dvorak should still have his best offensive season in him but has to start delivering the goods.
